Poreout was built for people who've tried everything.

I'm Max, the founder of Poreout. I got my first breakout at 16 and spent years trying to fix it. Creams, treatments, prescriptions — I tried everything the dermatologist recommended. Some things helped for a while. Nothing actually worked.

The frustrating part wasn't just the acne. It was the way it made me feel every single day. Avoiding the beach. Thinking twice before taking my shirt off. Letting it take up space in my head when it shouldn't have.

It wasn't until a trip to Africa that everything changed. I came back with clearer skin than I'd had in years — and I started obsessing over why. That curiosity led me to formulate The Pore Bar. Natural ingredients, no harsh chemicals, no complicated routine. Just something that actually works.
